With the holiday season already upon us, we want to express our heartfelt thanks for your continued partnership throughout 2024. We’re grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us and the opportunities we’ve had to work alongside you.

Reflecting on 2024: Achievements & Growth

This year has been one of growth and success for Peritus. Here are some of the key highlights we’re proud to share.

Risk Assessments

This year, we’ve been excited to take on numerous new risk assessments. We currently have 10 underway, each of which is set to culminate in a Record of Site Condition (RSC). While some of these assessments are in their final stages after several years of work, others will carry over into 2025 and 2026. We look forward to seeing these projects through to completion and achieving the RSC milestone.

Remediation

Soil and groundwater investigations uncovered areas requiring remediation. We’re now preparing for these remediation projects to kick off in 2025, setting the stage for lasting environmental improvements.

Designated Substance Services

2024 marked an exciting year of growth for our designated substance services. We’re proud to have supported our clients in effectively managing and reducing risks associated with hazardous materials.

New Partnerships

We were fortunate to expand our network by welcoming new staff, clients and subcontractors. Your collaboration has been integral to our success, and we are excited to grow these relationships even further in the year ahead.

Giving Back

In recent years, we’ve shifted our focus from giving gift baskets to making a direct impact in our community as part of our holiday tradition. This year, we continue that tradition by donating to the Food Bank of Canada, helping those in need during the holiday season. We believe this is a meaningful way to give back and support our local community.
