Hi there! My name is Sam, and I have just finished Grade 11. I am excited to be starting a
Peritus Environmental specializes in designated substance surveys compliant with the Ontario Health and Safety Act (OSHA). If your property was built before the 1990s, our services are mandatory by law before any construction, renovation or demolition activity.
Our services also encompass Asbestos Surveys, Designated Substance Management Plans and Asbestos Management Plans.
We conduct visual assessments, collect samples, use certified laboratories for testing and provide comprehensive reports with management recommendations.
