Giving Back 

In the spirit of the holiday season, we’ve traditionally shared our gratitude with gift baskets. However, in light of the increasing costs of essential items, we’ve decided to redirect our efforts towards making a meaningful impact on our local community. This year, instead of gift baskets, we’ve chosen to donate to the Food Bank of Canada to support those who may need a helping hand during these festive times.

Successful Risk Assessments

We’ve reached new heights with 23 successful risk assessments that have earned approval from the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks. These assessments have unlocked the potential of several brownfield sites for our valued clients.

Growing Our Team

As our projects multiplied, so did our incredible team. In 2023, we welcomed two new full-time and two part-time staff members, enriching our pool of expertise. This growth has empowered us to serve you better and take on more projects.

Our Experience with the New Excess Soil Regulation 

In 2023, one of the significant developments in the world of construction and development in Ontario was the introduction of Ontario Regulation 406/19. This regulation, which came into full effect on January 1, 2023, directly impacted our work as it addresses the handling of excess soil from construction, development, and infrastructure projects. We had the opportunity to work on several projects that involved compliance with this new regulation, emphasizing the growing importance of responsible excess soil management in the industry.
